Big Vision Developments does not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach to projects, but reviews each project individually prior to commencing proceedings. Projects are only undertaken when they meet the Big Vision criteria for sustainable, environmental and financial baselines.
Sustainable Development
Big Vision generally develops ‘in-fill’ locations, meaning that we seek to make better and more efficient use of existing areas rather than making cities physically bigger. From a sustainable property development point of view, medium-density combined with recycling, composting and public transport is a much more sustainable growth model than large, ‘green-fields’ developments on the outskirts of cities.

Ross Colledge
National Development Manager
Ross has been a Principal Engineer in property development focusing on telecommunications since last century. He has worked with such developers as Mulpha, Lend Lease, QM Properties, .and has been listed in Stanford’s who’s who for his achievements.

Bob Anderson
Project Adviser
Bob has over 35 years experience in the development, investment and marketing sectors of the property industry. Throughout this time Bob has been involved in over $1 Billion worth of property development projects. Prior to founding Positive Property Strategies Bob held both state and national management positions with some of Australia's largest property development companies. Bob has developed high-rise apartment buildings, high-rise CBD office buildings, land subdivisions, retirement complexes, shopping centres, spec houses and townhouses. Town Planner
As well as being on the Big Vision Developments team, Alex is the director of Steffan Town Planning with over 14 years’ experience in his field in the Brisbane region. Alex has a flair for innovation.

David Weston
Civil Engineer
Dave brings 25 years of experience in Civil Engineering Design and Construction. He has been the Managing Director of DRW Consulting Pty Ltd since 1999. He has also worked and consulted previously for various organisations such as Burchill and Partners Engineers (Gold Coast), SKM Engineers, GHD Engineers, Ausenco Mining Engineers and the Brisbane City Council.
